TWO OPTIONS

Option 1 — Frame only Upholstered frame with headboard and solid ash wood legs. Ideal if you already own a slat base or prefer to source one independently. This frame fits any standard mattress in your chosen size.

Option 2 — Frame + slat base Frame with headboard, ash wood legs, and a solid wooden slat base — ready to receive any mattress. Simply place your mattress on the slats and sleep.



DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

There is a particular kind of discipline in restraint — the kind that does not strip a room of warmth, but distills it. The frame rests on solid ash wood legs stained to the tone of oak — combining the natural resilience and flexibility of ash with the warm, honey-toned depth that brings a sense of rootedness and permanence to any interior.

The legs lift the entire silhouette 15 cm above the floor, lending the bed a visual lightness that changes how the bedroom breathes. Air circulates. Space opens up. A robotic vacuum passes freely underneath — no moving furniture on cleaning day.

The frame extends just 2.5 cm beyond the mattress on each side — only 5 cm wider in total. Every centimetre was considered. The result is a bed that takes up remarkably little space — physically and visually — while maintaining its full architectural presence. Your mattress size is your bed size. In smaller bedrooms, this precision matters. In larger ones, it reads as quiet confidence of form.



HEADBOARD

The standard headboard consists of three upholstered panels (each 20 cm tall), forming a clean, horizontal line behind the bed. Minimalist, but present — enough to define the wall and give the entire bedroom a sense of order.

For those who want more — a taller backrest for evening reading, a stronger visual accent, the effect of a fully upholstered wall behind the bed — we offer additional panels that can raise the headboard up to 2 metres in height. Woven from 100% polyester at 550 g/m², this European chenille from the Toccare collection (by Agmamito Group) achieves something rare: a three-dimensional surface texture that catches and releases light throughout the day, shifting subtly with the angle of your gaze. It invites touch — and rewards it.

    1. How is my furniture delivered and is carry-in included?

    To best care for your order, we use two methods. Smaller items (chairs, small tables) are sent via standard courier, who will typically deliver to your door. Large furniture is shipped via freight companies for a safe "curbside delivery" to the building entrance. This standard freight service does not include carry-in. This is a general policy of carriers for safety and insurance reasons: the driver usually works alone, on-site conditions are unpredictable, and their insurance doesn't cover damages inside your home. However, we sometimes deliver personally and are always happy to help! If carry-in is crucial for you, please message us BEFORE buying to find a solution.

    2. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

    Receiving a damaged item is incredibly frustrating, and we're here to help you through it. Our ability to resolve this is entirely dependent on the shipping company's strict rules. It is essential to inspect the package in the courier's presence and fill out a damage report if you find any issues. This report is the only document the carrier accepts for an insurance claim. Unfortunately, without it, we are unable to get compensation, which prevents us from sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Your cooperation here is essential for us to help you effectively.

    3. What are the characteristics of handmade & natural materials?

    The beauty of our work lies in its uniqueness. Our furniture is handmade from natural wood, so please expect charming variations like unique grain or color tones. For natural fabrics like linen, its charm is in its authenticity: minor slubs or uneven fibers are not defects but proof of its natural origin. Linen also requires mindful care as it's less friction-resistant than synthetics. Please also remember that screen colors may vary. We want you to be confident, so feel free to ask us for more photos or fabric samples!

    4. What is your policy on returns, changes, and cancellations?

    We pour our hearts into crafting each personalized piece just for you. Because your custom furniture is made to your specific requirements, it cannot be restocked, and for this reason, we cannot accept returns (in line with EU law). Standard order cancellations are possible within 48 hours. If you wish to make changes to a custom order (e.g., color, size), please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible or may incur costs after production has begun, as materials will have been ordered.

    5. How long is the production and lead time?

    We believe true quality craftsmanship is worth the wait. All our furniture is handmade to order in our small upholstery workshop with great care and attention to detail. This hands-on process is what makes our pieces special. The production lead time is from 1 to 6 weeks before your item is ready for dispatch.     6. Is the furniture difficult to assemble?

    We want you to enjoy your new furniture as soon as possible, so we design our pieces for simple, intuitive assembly. We try to avoid it, but to minimize transport costs and risk of damage, it is sometimes necessary. You'll receive clear instructions and all the necessary parts. While most people find it straightforward, please know that we are always here to help if you have any questions during the process. Your peace of mind is important to us.

    7. Who is responsible for customs and import taxes?

    For our wonderful customers outside the EU, we want to provide a transparent shipping experience. Please be aware that your country's customs office may apply import duties or taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined entirely by your local authorities and are beyond our control. The buyer is responsible for these charges. To avoid any surprises, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential costs before you order.

    8. Do you offer a warranty and after-sale support?

    We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a warranty covering manufacturing defects discovered upon arrival. This does not cover damage from improper use, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by environmental factors (like humidity).     9. How do I care for my furniture & ensure smooth delivery?

    To help your furniture last for generations, we recommend gentle care (avoid direct sunlight, harsh chemicals). We are happy to provide detailed care instructions upon request. For a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. The buyer is responsible for any redelivery costs due to an incorrect address or a refused delivery. This helps us ensure a predictable and fair process for all our customers.
