    Special orders and personalised orders

    Products made to an individual order (e.g. furniture with a specific size, colour or upholstery) are not subject to returns in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. An exception to this rule can be agreed individually with the customer.

    Lead time

    All furniture available in our offer is 100% handmade. The lead time - i.e. the time it takes to make them and prepare them for dispatch - is from 1- 6 weeks.
    The delivery time depends on the destination country and is always indicated in the description of the specific product.

    Materials and characteristics of furniture

    Our furniture is handmade from natural wood. Due to the natural characteristics of the wood (e.g. grain, shade), the actual appearance of the product may vary slightly from that shown in the photos.

    Assembly

    All furniture is delivered in a way that allows quick and intuitive assembly.

    Shipping and collection

    We recommend checking the condition of the consignment immediately upon receipt - necessarily in the presence of the courier, before signing for collection. In case of noticing any mechanical damages, a damage protocol should be written down.

    Import duties and taxes

    The price of the product does not include customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. The buyer is fully responsible for any additional costs and any delays resulting from customs clearance.
